Flan is a traditional Latin dessert pack with texture and great flavor.

- 4 eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup can pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Preheat oven 325 degrees.Blend all ingredients except sugar. Using a flanera or round cake pan, melt sugar at lower heat. Add blended ingredients cover flanera with aluminum foil and place flanera in double boiler. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the flan come clear. Let it cook and complementary.Refrigerate for 2 hours. Insert a knife finely around the flanera. Turn over the flan over a nice looking plate and Enjoy!
- Double boiler the flan making sure it covers with already hot water half of the flanera.
