Pomegranate Berry Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice 60 mL
  • 1⁄2 frozen banana, cut into pieces if necessary
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries 125 mL
  • 1⁄4 cup raspberries 60 mL
  • 4 ice cubes
Suggested Toppings:
  • Sliced banana
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Dried mulberries
  • Chia seeds
Instructions
  1. In blender, combine pomegranate juice, banana, blueberries, raspberries and ice. Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable-speed blender) until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with any of the suggested toppings, as desired.
