Fifty-Fifty Punch
Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2, ¼-inch thick orange slices, each cut in half
  • 3 teaspoons finely grated orange peel, divided
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 pint premium vanilla ice cream
  1. Mix orange juice concentrate, orange slices and 2 teaspoons orange peel in small pitcher until concentrate thaws. Mix in sparkling water. Fill tall glasses with ice. Pour punch over. Top with scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon orange peel. Serve immediately with long spoons and straws.
