If Sarah’s name sounds familiar perhaps it is because you read about her in our interview a few months ago, or maybe you know her from the masthead of Bon Appetit magazine. Sarah was head of the legendary Test Kitchen there for many, many years. The reason why Bon Appetit recipes have such a great reputation is due to her amazing attention to detail.
