Baker’s Joy [bey-kers joi] noun
A commercial aerosol spray that combines oil and flour. Baker’s Joy Cake Pan Spray is used to coat baking pans when a recipe calls for greasing and flouring.
While Baker’s Joy works very well and has many fans in the baking realm, we find that it can leave a film on baked goods after unmolding them, thus we advise to use this spray sparingly.
